Shipping policy

Our stated handling time is 48 hours but in most cases will be 24 hours or less. We ship everywhere in the United States including all US Territories and APO/FPO/DPO for no extra charge. Please contact us at sales@kneezpants.com for international inquiries.

Pre-orders will list and estimated timeframe of shipping but could be up to 3 months out. If 90 days has passed and your order has still not shipped on a pre-order item you may reach out for an immediate refund.
