Kneez fit true to size.
We designed Kneez to match standard kids' sizing — if your child wears a 4T in most brands, they'll wear a 4T in Kneez. When between sizes, size up. Kids grow fast, and a little room means longer wear.
How to Measure
- Waist: Measure around the natural waistline (just above the hip bone)
- Hip: Measure around the fullest part of the hips
- Inseam: Measure from the crotch to the ankle bone
- Outseam: Measure from the waist to the ankle along the outer leg

Pro Tips
- When between sizes: Size up. The adjustable waistband keeps larger sizes snug.
- For stocky builds: Our relaxed knee zone accommodates different leg shapes without bunching.
- For slim builds: Kneez have a comfortable straight-leg cut that doesn't swim on leaner kids.
