If the knees wear through before they grow out, we'll replace them.

We built Kneez because kids' pants shouldn't be disposable. We're so confident in our product that we back every pair with this simple promise:

If the reinforced knee patches wear through during normal wear before your child outgrows the pants, we'll send you a new pair — free.

How it works

1. Email hello@kneez.com with a photo of the worn-through knee area
2. Include your original order number (or approximate purchase date)
3. We'll verify and ship a replacement in the same size and color (or closest available)

What's covered

• Wear-through of the ballistic nylon knee patches
• Seam failure at reinforced stress points
• Manufacturing defects

What's not covered

• Normal cotton body wear (non-reinforced areas)
• Damage from cuts, burns, or chemical exposure
• Cosmetic wear (fading, minor pilling)
• Items purchased secondhand
