30-Day Return Policy

• Unworn and unwashed items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
• Items must be in original condition with tags attached.
• Sale items are final sale unless defective.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We're happy to exchange. Email hello@kneez.com with your order number and we'll get you sorted.

How to Return

1. Email hello@kneez.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label
3. Pack the item in its original packaging (or any secure packaging)
4. Drop it off at any USPS location
5. Refund processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return

Defective Items

If your Kneez arrive damaged or defective, email us immediately at hello@kneez.com with a photo. We'll send a replacement at no cost.

Our Durability Promise

If the reinforced knee patches wear through before your child outgrows the pants during normal wear, contact us. We stand behind our product.
