Safety & Compliance

Your child's safety is non-negotiable.

Every Kneez product is tested and certified to meet or exceed U.S. safety requirements for children's apparel.

CPSIA Compliance

All Kneez products are tested by CPSC-accredited third-party laboratories for:

• Lead content — tested to below 100 ppm (substrate) and 90 ppm (surface coatings)
• Phthalate content — tested to below 0.1% concentration for all banned phthalates

Flammability

Tested per 16 CFR Part 1610 (Standard for the Flammability of Clothing Textiles). All Kneez fabrics meet Class 1 (normal flammability) requirements.

Oeko-Tex Standard 100

Kneez products are Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified (Product Class I — baby/toddler articles), meaning they've been tested for over 300 harmful substances and found to be safe for direct skin contact, even for the most sensitive skin.

Children's Product Certificate (CPC)

We maintain a valid Children's Product Certificate for every product we sell, as required by the CPSC. Our CPC is available upon request.

Tracking Labels

All Kneez products include permanent tracking labels with manufacturer information, production date, and batch identification per CPSIA requirements.
