How durable are the knee patches really?
Very. The ballistic nylon we use is the same grade found in tactical gear and heavy-duty luggage. In abrasion testing, it outlasts standard cotton twill by more than 10x. Your kid's knees are no match.

Can you feel the knee patches from the inside?
The patches are stitched to create a smooth interior. Most kids can't tell the difference. After a few washes, the patches soften further while maintaining full durability.

Are they machine washable?
Yes. Machine wash cold, tumble dry low. No special care required. The ballistic nylon actually gets softer with each wash while staying tough. No hand wash, no line dry, no ironing.

What ages/sizes do you carry?
We currently offer sizes 18MO through 7, which covers approximately ages 12 months through 7 years. See our size guide for detailed measurements.

Do they run true to size?
Yes. If your child wears a 5 in most brands, they'll wear a 5 in Kneez. When between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Are Kneez safe for my child?
Absolutely. Every pair is CPSIA tested for lead and phthalates, flammability tested per 16 CFR 1610, and Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified. We test at CPSC-accredited laboratories and maintain a Children's Product Certificate (CPC) for every product.

Where are they made?
Our partner factory is in Dongguan, China. We selected this facility after extensive vetting for quality, working conditions, and production consistency. We maintain direct oversight of every production run.

Do you offer a warranty or guarantee?
If the knees wear through before your child outgrows the pants, contact us. We stand behind our product. See our durability guarantee.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon.

What's your return policy?
Unworn, unwashed pants can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. See our returns policy for details.

No. Kneez are designed for all kids. Our colors and cuts are gender-neutral.
